FAQs for New Pillar Users
What is Pillar?
Pillar is a personalised coaching app that uses AI to create a training program tailored to your specific needs and goals. Using the Pillar app simplifies your training and allows you to make progress more effectively.
How does Pillar work?
Download the Pillar app and answer 4 simple questions about your physiology, current fitness level, time to train, and your goal type. Then Pillar will provide you with unique training recommendations.
You will be able to use Pillar to track and keep log of your training sessions and current freshness status. You can link your Garmin, Wahoo, Suunto, and Polar devices, and/or connect your Strava, and Zwift accounts to allow each of your training sessions to be automatically recorded within the Pillar app. Pillar will re-optimise the amount of training, the type of training, and the difficulty of the training it asks of you, in line with these changes to your body and your life.
Pillar will continuously monitor and evaluate your performance and progress to make sure that you are progressing in the right way towards achieving your goal. You will be able to see your basic and progress stats in a weekly, monthly and yearly view.
Why set up a Pillar account?
